Meet our team

Srishti Jaju

Lead Psychologist & Founder

I started M.E.A.S because I kept seeing the same thing in the therapy room — people who weren’t broken, but who had never been given the language, the safety, or the space to understand themselves.
My work is rooted in one belief: that most of what we struggle with makes complete sense when we understand where it came from. I don’t come to sessions with an agenda. I come with curiosity — about who you are, what shaped you, and what a different version of your life could actually feel like.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, which in practice means I work with the whole person, not just the presenting problem. I hold space for the patterns that formed in childhood, the relationships that left their mark, and the parts of yourself you’ve never quite been able to reach.
I work with individuals across all ages — children, teenagers, adults, and older adults — as well as couples, families, and parents who want to do things differently for the next generation.
If you come to me not knowing exactly what you need, that’s fine. Most people do. We’ll start from wherever you are.

Consultant Clinical Psychologist
A space to pause, reflect, heal, and become the version of yourself you’ve been searching for.
There is a version of yourself you’ve been searching for. Therapy, at its best, is the space where you actually get to meet them.
I work collaboratively — which means sessions aren’t something I do to you, they’re something we build together. My approach is evidence-based and integrative, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, and Motivational Enhancement Therapy, alongside trauma-informed and humanistic lenses. What that looks like in practice depends entirely on you.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and older adults navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, grief, and the concerns that sit somewhere in between and resist easy labels.
My focus is always on building something lasting — resilience, practical tools, and a clearer relationship with yourself that holds beyond the therapy room.
You don’t need to be in crisis to come. You just need to want something to be different.

Mahak Naik

Counselling Psychologist
I got into psychology because I was always more interested in the person than the problem. What shaped them. What they’re carrying. What their story looks like when you actually take the time to hear it.
I don’t come to sessions with solutions. I come with questions — and a genuine interest in understanding how your experiences, your relationships, and the circumstances around you have made you who you are today. Emotional struggles rarely come from nowhere. When we understand the bigger picture, they start to make sense. And that shift — from confusion to understanding — is often where things begin to change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and unhurried. I’m not here to tell you how to live your life or to move faster than feels safe. I’m here to sit with you in it, and help you find a way forward that actually fits you.
I work with people navigating anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and the kind of feeling stuck that’s hard to explain to anyone who hasn’t felt it.
I also care deeply about making therapy something that doesn’t feel out of reach — because good care shouldn’t be a privilege.
If you’re not sure where to begin, that’s a perfectly fine place to start.

Dr. Kudrat Jain

Consultant Psychiatrist
I became a psychiatrist because I believe mental health deserves the same understanding, compassion, and evidence-based care as physical health. Over the years, I have come to understand that behind every diagnosis is a person with a unique story — one shaped by biology and lived experience — that influences the way they think, feel, and act.
Symptoms don’t exist in isolation. Anxiety, depression, trauma, mood changes, sleep difficulties, psychosis, substance use, anger — these often make much more sense when we understand the person as a whole.
Rather than simply treating an illness, I want to understand what has brought you here and what will help you move forward.
My approach combines medical expertise with a compassionate, collaborative way of working. Treatment may include medication, psychotherapy, lifestyle interventions, or a combination — because no two people experience mental health in exactly the same way, and no two treatment plans should either.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults across a wide range of mental health concerns. Seeking help is not a sign of weakness. It is an act of courage. And you don’t need to have all the answers before reaching out.
Mental health is a necessity, not a luxury. We will begin from wherever you are.

Kanika Nirmal

Clinical Psychologist
I have always viewed therapy as more than a space to address what is difficult. To me, it is a space to pause, understand yourself more deeply, and make sense of experiences that may have felt confusing or overwhelming.
Every individual experiences distress differently. What we see on the surface often has a deeper story shaped by our experiences, relationships, beliefs, and ways of coping. My integrative and individualised approach draws from evidence-based therapeutic modalities to understand these patterns and work towards meaningful, lasting change.
I also understand that deciding to start therapy can take time. Sometimes, simply having the thought — “I think I need help” — can be the first step. My aim is to create a warm, open, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard while receiving the structure and professional guidance needed to move forward.
Whether you are struggling with something specific or simply want to understand yourself better, therapy can be a place to begin.

Tejaswini Balaji

Psychologist
Some of us feel life is happening to us — that we are not essentially experiencing it, or having any real stake in how it shapes us. And how we are shaping it. I believe that as a therapist, I can help make the journey back to an evolving, fulfilling life less lonely and more grounded.
My belief is that through thick and thin, the relationship we have with ourselves defines how we experience life. With all she, he, they — across the spectrum of life — this she/her therapist is keen to be a gentle and consistent collaborator in building a unique inner life.
I work primarily from a humanistic-existential lens, integrating other modalities where they fit. I believe all of us carry the tools for our own journeys within us — sometimes we simply struggle to access them. That is where therapy helps.
If you have stumbled here, I am ready to meet you wherever you are in life.
